Thank you so much for shopping small this holiday season! It truly means so much. As a small business, we always want to go above & beyond for our customers. One way we want to do this is by having a clear holiday policy to avoid any disappointment this holiday season.

 

 

Holiday Shop Polices: 

Shipping

The estimates we give are based on the information that we have been provided from our shipping companies, but there are always other factors that may alter this time.

Each package will be shipping with tracked shipping. You will be given this tracking number upon the time that your order is fulfilled.

Please note that Bode Goods will not be held responsible for delivery addresses that were not entered correctly. Ensure that addresses are correct and complete.

Holiday Deadlines for *hopeful* Christmas delivery (as estimated based on Canada Post timelines)

Within Kelowna: December 15

Within BC: December 10

Anywhere else in Canada: November 30

Processing Time

We currently process orders within 4-7 days, M-F, unless otherwise stated.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelled orders.

Wrong Address:

Please ensure your address & phone number are correct upon time of purchase. If wrong address is entered and order has been shipped, you will be charged a $12 service fee + the cost of shipping to send again.

Holiday Break:

December 20 will be the last day we ship orders for the year.

Our shop will be "closed" on December 23 for the holiday season. If you have an issue with an order you can expect a response in mid-January.
