Welcome to our ONLY sale of the year! Please read our holiday policies carefully before ordering.

Any orders placed during our sale cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. 

Due to high volumes, please allow 4-9 days for packages to process

Due to the state of British Columbia & high volumes within Canada post, at this time we are not guaranteeing Christmas delivery for any of our products. Please be mindful of this when shopping, and feel free to shop through one of our stockists.

Holiday Shop Polices: 

Thank you for supporting our small business this holiday season. It means so much. Here is everything you need to know in order to make sure everything gets to you for when you need it!

Please remember we are still a small business. We promise to do everything in our power to get your order in a timely fashion, but here is what you need to know:

Shipping

Please note that especially this year, there is a heavy demand on the supply chain. The estimates we give are based on the information that we have been provided from our shipping companies, but there are always other factors that may alter this time.

As of November 2021, each package will be shipping with tracked shipping. You will be given this tracking number upon the time that your order is fulfilled.

Please note that Bode Goods will not be held responsible for delivery addresses that were not entered correctly. Ensure that addresses are correct and complete.

Holiday Deadlines for hopeful Christmas delivery (as provided by Canada Post):

Within Kelowna: December 10

Within BC: December 5

Anywhere else in Canada: November 30

Processing Time

We currently process orders within 4-7 days, M-F, unless otherwise stated.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelled orders.

Wrong Address:

Please ensure your address & phone number are correct upon time of purchase. If wrong address is entered, we will not be held responsible for packages not being delivered.

Holiday Break:

December 20 will be the last day we ship orders for the year.

Our shop will be "closed" from December 21-January 7. Any orders placed during this time will ship the end of January. Thank you for understanding as we take time to rest & be with our families.
